Description:
Software Engineer (Houston, TX) needed to use chemical engineering technical expertise/chemical manufacturing processes to enable SAP ERP implementation. Map complex production workflows within SAP/optimize configurations for specific industry needs. Identify improvement areas through data analysis, considering safety/regulatory compliance in chemical sector. Use knowledge of chemical engineering principles (mass balance/heat transfer/ reaction kinetics) to model production processes within SAP, ensuring accurate data capture/analysis. Identify critical parameters within SAP to optimize production scheduling/raw material usage/product quality. Utilize quality control procedures in chemical manufacturing to integrate quality management modules within SAP. Extract insights from SAP data to identify trends/troubleshoot issues/make data-driven decisions regarding production processes. Optimize raw material inventory levels by considering lead times/safety stock/production forecasts in SAP. Analyse production data to identify cost inefficiencies/implement cost-saving measures within SAP. Facilitate integration between SAP/laboratory systems to ensure accurate data transfer.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Business Administration, International Business, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Cloud Architect, Solutions Architect or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT environments (ISP Sales, UCaaS Sales, VoIP Sales, SaaS Sales, CaaS Sales, Cloud Managed Services Sales, Hardware Sales, IT Helpdesk.)
- B2B background is preferred, B2C is also acceptable.
- Used to work under high-pressure environments.
- Used to work in commission-based jobs.
Skills and Competencies:
- Cold Calling expertise is a must.
- Strong time management skills.
- English language with C1-C2 proficiency level, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM Software. (Salesforce, Five9, Monday, Hubspot).
- Hovers around communication platforms with ease. (Skype, MS Teams, Whatsapp)
- General knowledge of IT trends and passion to learn and grow in the IT industry.
- Organized, self-driven, highly motivated individual.
- Experienced in Lead Generation and lead generation Tools.
- Proven record working as an Appointment setter.
- Comfortable with virtual meetings.
- A proven record of exceeding expectations and consistently crushing quotas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- MS365, Google Docs.

- Strong internet connection above 50Mbps Download, 25Mbps Upload, 2ms PING, low JITTER.
