Description:
Software Developer, Applications (Houston, TX) provide customer value, empowerment, choice and protection by introducing new technologies and evolving data management strategy. Ability to design, implement, optimize, code validate, and manage storage arrays like VMAX3, PowerMAX, XtreamIO, PureStorage, DCNM, ECS, Cisco, Brocade. Software problem-solving and troubleshooting; assisting with code development, debugging, and deployment. Automate BAU activities using DevOps tools such as Ansible, Python, Jenkins, git, GitHub, API.

Requirements:
  • Requires bachelor’s degree in agribusiness or foreign equiv. or a related major
  • 24 months experience with the duties and/or tools listed in the job duties above.

Business Development Representative

Salary:

  • Base Salary
  • Up to 5% Residual Commission Bonus per closed deal
  • Weekly incentives (spiffs, raffles, bonuses)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Business Administration, International Business, Software Engineering, Network Engineering, Cloud Architect, Solutions Architect or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT environments (ISP Sales, UCaaS Sales, VoIP Sales, SaaS Sales, CaaS Sales, Cloud Managed Services Sales, Hardware Sales, IT Helpdesk.)
  • B2B background is preferred, B2C is also acceptable.
  • Used to work under high-pressure environments.
  • Used to work in commission-based jobs.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Cold Calling expertise is a must.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • English language with C1-C2 proficiency level, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software. (Salesforce, Five9, Monday, Hubspot).
  • Hovers around communication platforms with ease. (Skype, MS Teams, Whatsapp)
  • General knowledge of IT trends and passion to learn and grow in the IT industry.
  • Organized, self-driven, highly motivated individual.
  • Experienced in Lead Generation and lead generation Tools.
  • Proven record working as an Appointment setter.
  • Comfortable with virtual meetings.
  • A proven record of exceeding expectations and consistently crushing quotas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • MS365, Google Docs.

Equipment:

  • Strong internet connection above 50Mbps Download, 25Mbps Upload, 2ms PING, low JITTER.
  • Desktop computer or laptop with at least Intel i3 3Ghz or equivalent processor, 8GB RAM.
  • Wired Headset, webcam.
  • Mobile phone that supports Android 10 or above, iOS 10 or above.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 to 17:00 CST
  • 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month: 8:00 to 14:00 CST
